Evermore Therapies is run and owned by Haeran Young, a fully registered and certified Counselling Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist who is based in Sheffield, but works throughout the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire regions. Haeran's main base of location is The Practice rooms in BroomhilI, Sheffield (S10); which provides a calm, inclusive, and safe space for all.  In this space you are encouraged to talk freely and are supported to move forward towards your goals, guide you to develop alternative ways of responding to and dealing with or accepting difficulties and helping you forge a brighter future.

Haeran is a calm, caring and understanding individual, with extensive experience behind him. Haeran applies an integrative modality, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred therapy and Attachment theory). He uses these approaches along with many others to provide a therapeutic relationship and space that works for each individual, paying attention to your individual needs and exploring past experiences, present issues, thoughts and plans for the future.

Haeran's knowledge covers a range of areas such as: ADHD, Alcohol Dependence, Anger, Anxiety, Debt Counselling, Depression, Domestic Abuse, Internet Addiction, Insomnia, Loss and Bereavement, OCD, Physical & Psychological abuse, PTSD, Rape, Self Development, Sexual Abuse, Sex Addiction, Self Harm, Self-esteem and confidence, Sleep issues, Stress, Trichotillomania, Trauma and work-related problems.

Haeran provides 3 main types of therapy which include: Face to face counselling, online counselling and hypnotherapy. Face to face work is always a preference when available there are some advantages of remote working and this is decided on an individual basis.
